Um, dunno about a fix.. sounds like a common-sense job though :P have you tried *completely* removing all the software and drivers (manually delete any remaining stuff if necessary), rebooting, then reinstalling the orignal intellipoint 3.0 drivers from the CD? ... I assume the 5 buttons worked before you installed
