I run WinMe & the IntelliPoint version 3.2 software installed & works just fine on my system. I'm not saying that what your saying didn't happen. I'm just saying the software was not the problem. Just out of curiosity, did you install it to your mouse (PS/2) port or to a USB port? That could be the difference.
